Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph

The Rolex Turn-O-Graph has a really interesting place in the brand's history. Introduced in the early 1950s, it was the first Rolex to feature a rotating bezel, predating the Submariner. This later reference 116264 combines that sporting heritage with the timeless elegance of the Datejust, creating one of the most underrated watches in the Rolex catalogue.
 
The 36mm Oystersteel case is paired with an 18ct white gold fluted rotating bezel, giving the watch a distinctive appearance that is unmistakably Rolex, yet unlike a standard Datejust. Practical as well as attractive, the bezel can be used to time everyday events, a subtle reminder of the model's tool-watch origins. A sapphire crystal, screw-down Twinlock crown and 100 metres of water resistance make it every bit as capable as you would expect from a modern Rolex.
 
The crisp white dial is clean and highly legible, with applied baton hour markers and polished hands providing excellent contrast. The signature red seconds hand, matching date wheel and "TURN-O-GRAPH" text add a give the watch a sportier feel and set it apart from other Datejust models. The watch is paired with a steel Oyster bracelet, fitted with Rolex's Easylink comfort extension, allowing the bracelet to be adjusted by approximately 5mm without the need for tools.
 
Powering the watch is Rolex's trusted calibre 3135 automatic movement. COSC-certified and renowned for its reliability, it features a quick-set date function and offers approximately 48 hours of power reserve. Even today, the 3135 remains one of Rolex's most respected modern movements, admired for its robustness and ease of servicing.
 
We are pleased to present this 2006 watch in an excellent, like-new condition showing very little signs of wear, with its case back sticker still intact. It comes supplied as a full set, including its presentation box, guarantee certificate, guarantee booklet, Datejust booklet, card holder and both original swing tags.
 
The Turn-O-Graph has always appealed to collectors looking for something a little different. Combining the refinement of the Datejust with the practicality of a rotating bezel, it offers an interesting chapter in Rolex history and a refreshing alternative to the brand's more familiar sports models.
