Bremont America's Cup Regatta

The America’s Cup is the oldest international sporting event, with the first yachting race taking part in Hampshire, England in 1851, The trophy, known as the Auld Mug, was also created in England by Garrard of London in the same year. Fast-forward to 2017 and British watch manufacturer, Bremont, became the official sponsor of the event, creating two special timepieces, limited to just 235 pieces,  to mark the occasion.

This “Regatta” version replaces a standard chronograph with a yachting countdown, shown on a modified display at 12 o’clock. The dial itself is a crisp and white, with black Arabic numerals and long, sleek blued-steel hands.
 
The 43mm steel case wears well on the wrist, its polished top bezel contrasting against a DLC-coated case middle.
Through an expansive exhibition case back you can view the COSC-certified automatic movement, decorated with an “America’s Cup” rotor and offering 42 hours of power reserve.
 
The watch is paired with a water-resistant blue rubber strap which gives the watch an overall feel of being elegant yet sporty, in keeping with the graceful racing yachts in which they were designed to work alongside.
 
We are excited to present this watch in an excellent pre-owned condition, fitted with a brand new strap and with light scratches to the bezel. It comes supplied with its original box and paperwork, and a six-month warranty.
