Horage Supersede GMT

Swiss brand Horage were founded in 2007 and, while many will recognise them as a watchmaker, their true focus has always been on the design, engineering, and production of in-house movements. Over the past fifteen years, they have developed an impressive range of calibres, including a tourbillon and, as seen here in the Supersede, a GMT movement with a micro-rotor.
 
That same level of care is evident in the watch’s design. Crafted from 904L stainless steel and offering 200 metres of water resistance, the 39.5mm case is predominantly satin-brushed, complemented by crisp polished bevels. The bezel combines brushed and polished finishes, with a knurled edge for excellent grip. Gently curved lugs and a thickness of just 10mm ensure the watch sits comfortably on the wrist and slips easily under a cuff.
 
Despite its slim profile, the Supersede has a strong wrist presence, thanks in part to its crisp white dial. Applied baton markers and hands are generously filled with Super-LumiNova®, while the skeletonised GMT hand can disappear under the hour hand when not needed. . An orange day/night indicator at 9 o’clock provides a subtle pop of colour, balanced by a discreet power reserve display at 12 o’clock.
 
Powering the watch is Horage’s in-house K2 automatic movement, offering an impressive 70-hour power reserve. This example is fitted with the upgraded platinum micro-rotor, replacing the standard tungsten version, and features a silicon balance spring and escapement, screw balance regulation, and hand-finished details including Côtes de Genève and a striking black gold bridge. As you would expect at this level, the movement is COSC-certified.
 
The integrated bracelet is beautifully finished with a satin-brushed surface and feels reassuringly solid, complemented by a clasp featuring 10mm of micro-adjustment. For a more relaxed look, the watch is also supplied with a Horage blue rubber strap.
 
The watch is supplied as a full set, including a clear storage case, leather travel pouch, bracelet tool, COSC certificate, instruction manual, and international guarantee. It has recently been checked by a Horage-certified watchmaker and found to be running well, and as such, the watch is covered by a 6-month warranty.
 
We are pleased to offer this example in excellent condition, showing only light signs of wear to the case and bracelet.
