IWC Ingenieur AMG Titanium
The Ingenieur collection has always been a much-loved tool watch, with a focus on engineering-led watchmaking. This collaboration with Mercedes AMG continues to celebrate all things mechanical, with the introduction of a lightweight titanium case and bracelet.
The 42.5mm case follows the same design aesthetic as Gérald Genta’s Ingenieur SL from the 1970s, with its brushed middle flowing seamlessly into an integrated bracelet. It sits comfortably on the wrist, and with a water resistance of 150m, is suitable for everyday use.
The black dial has contrasting steel hands and indices, filled with lume to allow for legibility in low light. Accents of red give this motor-racing inspired watch a feel.
The decorated case back references the watch’s AMG partnership, and underneath houses IWC’s reliable automatic calibre 80110 movement.
This special edition is suppled with its IWC presentation box and paperwork, including details of a service carried out by IWC in 2016, and a further service in carried out more recently. The movement has been tested and found to be running well, and as such we are happy to provide the watch with a 6-month warranty.
