IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41

The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph has been a key part of IWC’s collection for decades, with the modern design tracing its roots back to the highly regarded Fliegerchronograph of the 1990s. In 2021, IWC introduced the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41, bringing the familiar design into a more compact and wearable case while also introducing the manufacture Calibre 69385 and the brand’s EasX-CHANGE system.

This reference IW388102 features a striking blue dial, a colour equally suitable for business wear or weekend activities. The white Arabic numerals and lume-filled hands offer excellent legibility, while the chronograph function and day and date windows provide useful complications without over-crowding the dial.

The 41mm case sits well on the wrist, and the predominantly brushed finish gives a sporty feel, with polished details adding an element of refinement. A screw-down crown helps to offer 100m of water resistance, making it a practical everyday chronograph,

Through an exhibition case back, you can appreciate IWC’s Calibre 69385 automatic movement. It features a column-wheel chronograph and a 46-hour power reserve.

The watch is fitted with IWC’s stainless steel bracelet incorporating the EasX-CHANGE system, allowing it to be removed and exchanged without tools. We think this watch would also look great on any number of other straps.
