Omega Seamaster 300

The Seamaster was first introduced by Omega in 1957, as a professional diver’s watch. It was the first Omega to feature a rotating bezel, allowing the wearer to measure dive times.
 
Fast-forward nearly seventy years and we see this version of the iconic diver’s watch. It seamlessly combines a vintage aesthetic with modern technology. The 41mm steel case has an attractive profile and has both a brushed and polished finish. The steel bezel is in keeping with the style of its 1957 predecessor however has been upgraded to feature a black ceramic insert.

My favourite feature of this watch is its sandwich dial – a black plate with cut-outs which expose a Super-LumiNova base plate underneath. The colour of the Super-LumiNova gives a nod to the model’s vintage heritage, and the cut-outs add a beautiful depth to the dial.

Bringing it back to the modern day, this model also boasts a 300m water resistance, despite its expansive exhibition case back which clearly displays Omega’s Calibre 8400 movement. The highly accurate movement is anti-magnetic, Chronometer-certified, fitted with Omega’s co-axial escapement, and offers an impressive 60-hour power reserve. And it's handsome too, decorated with arabesque Geneva waves.
 
This model is fitted on a stylish brushed and polished steel bracelet. The clasp is fitted with an adjustable “comfort setting”, allowing the wearer to easily change the size of the bracelet to their wrist.
 
We are excited to present this 2017 watch in an excellent, near-unworn condition.
