Rolex Datejust 36 ref. 16233

A great opportunity to own a beautiful example of a Rolex Datejust, presented in wonderful vintage condition, supplied as a full set and benefitting from a recent full overhaul and a 12-month warranty.
 
The Datejust is considered to be one of Rolex’s most iconic models. Known for its timeless design, it hasn’t much changed since its release in 1945.
 
This reference 16233 is full of vintage charm – its black dial is starting to turn tropical, and although the case and bracelet are showing signs of wear consistent with its age, it’s still in very good condition. 
 
The 36mm steel case is a very comfortable size for most wrists and is adorned with a fluted gold bezel which adds an element of luxury. 
 
The black dial is relatively simple with gold baton indices and hands, but looking closely you can spot some golden specks that catch the light
 
The watch is fitted with a steel and gold Jubilee bracelet, yet would also look great on any variety of straps. 
 
This 1995 watch comes with a lovely set, including the wooden presentation box, guarantee certificate, leather card holder, Datejust booklet, Oyster booklet and a service invoice & guarantee card from Rolex service in 2003. Furthermore, the watch has recently undergone a full service with a Rolex-certified watchmaker and as such, is supplied with a 12-month warranty.
