How We Got Here
Hi, I’m Samantha, founder of Watch Concierge Services.
I have over seventeen years of experience in the luxury watch industry – working with a number of brands in areas such as customer service, after-sales and repairs, operations management, watch sales and sourcing.
I started my Instagram account @time.on.her.hands in 2017 and shortly afterwards joined RedBar London. Being an active member of the watch community has meant I’ve been able to connect with so many experts and enthusiasts, and the idea of Watch Concierge Services came about as a way of assisting with the queries that I would often hear – who can I trust to buy a watch from, what’s the best way to sell my watch, where can I get my watch serviced, or I need another strap for my favourite piece.

I used Watch Concierge Services recently to sell a watch that was a fairly niche piece for which there isn’t a huge market. The process was really easy – I just had to get the watch to Sam and she did the rest. I was kept up to date throughout the process and before long Sam has found a buyer at the price we were aiming for. Great service that I would definitely use again and recommend to others!
